Just another day

First I want to say thank you to all my Doggie friends old and new who wished my Mommy happy Birthday. She told me to tell you all thank you for her to.

I am so glad spring is finally here. This means alot of time outside for me. I get to watch Mom putting more plants in her garden and making her special area pretty. It is the only place in the yard I am not allowed in. Only because the last time I was in there I went potty and Mom said the smell scared away the bunnies and chipmunks. I have never seen a chipmunk before. I heard Mom tell Dad that they are gonna have to keep an eye on me because we have Hawks in the area and because she doesn't want me hurting a chipmunk. Apparently Willow can almost catch one and since I am faster Mom is afraid I will catch one. Anyway Me and Mom are just hanging out today and having a lazy day watching TV right now we are watching The Dog Whisperer. The other pic is some steps Dad made for me. Mom stores my treats inside the stairs, But that's about all the use the get. Every once in awhile I go up them, but mostly I like to jump up on the bed and I really love jumping down. Someday Mom might get some pics of me doing just that.

Hi Maggie,
We have chippers here and when they make their special sound I race to the window to bark at them. I've never caught one though!

Hey Maggie Rose,
We're so glad spring is here too. We got to be outside with Mama & Papa all day while they worked by the ponds. We have TONS of chipmunks in our yard. Mama doesn't let us catch them. But Mr. Herky Hawk does, hehehehe! We have lots of hawks & owls here & even some eagles so they get pretty full when they visit our yard. Mama worries about the hawks getting us too. They really do swoop down & grab small doggies. So best be careful & stick close to your Mommie.
Luv & Wirey Hugs!

I haven't seen one yet.

I'm not scared of them, I just prefer to jump.

Yes we were.

Me too, Mom says we get to go out sunday and do some gardening. But tomorrow we are gone hiking.
I promise to stick with Mom and she promises to keep an eye on me.
Paws & Kisses,
maggie Rose
