Okay the day started off normal. Mom said we were just going over to Brett and Goldie's house. So I got really happy cause I like to play with Brett. Well we got over there and Brett and I started playing, then I thought I heard the haircut word. I wasn't sure cause we were at Goldies but then Mom and Goldie got up and Mom put my sweater and harness on, then they grsbbed their purses and we got into Goldies truck. We drove for awhile and then the truck stopped. Of course I was curious as to where we were, but I was still calm. then we went into this store, which by the way when you first walk in you are totally fooled as to what type of place it really is. See it has stuff that people buy in the front part but then you go through this doorway and it's a doggy salon. I wasn't sure at first about the whole haircut thing . Mom says I needed to get the rest of my puppy hair off so my pretty hair will come in. I wiggled and ssquirmed some but Sue is so very nice and gentle she talked to me the whole time. It was a piece of cake. So the first picture is my before pic and the rest are after pics. Mom loves my coloring she was hugging and kissing me the rest of the day. I was so very tired when we got home but once again Mom surprised me. See my good friend Mary Margaret was talking one day about Bully sticks and Mom eventually got my one so she gave it to me when we got home. Oh my doggy I think I am one lucky girl. first I get to play then I get beautified and then I get a bully stick. Then tomorrow I get to go to the office with Mom for a bit.

Dachsies, I don't mind the fur being gone cause Mom says when it grows back in I will have the prettiest coat in the world. Yep I got a bath on New years day so I was totally beautified.

Boo it won't take that long to grow longer. Mom says she wants to try to keep it somewhere between long and short. She had to work for a few hours to try and fix a computer mess for work.

Thank you, Mom said she wasn't gonna get me one ever cause of what they are, but Daddy reminded her that she eats tripe (stomach lining of a cow) and it's just as gross.
